Quick Start with AITracker

This guide covers the basic workflow: opening recordings, configuring a measurement location, uploading it to the AISP cloud, and downloading the results.

1. Install the application

1. Download the AITracker GUI installer from www.aisp.pl.
2. Run the .exe file and complete the installation.
3. Open the application from the Start menu.

2. Open the recordings directory

1. Click Menu → Open File/Folder.
2. Select the directory containing the recordings, for example Example01Highway.
3. Click the measurement location in the Locations list.

3. Configure the measurement

1. Go to Design.
2. Select Traffic counting.
3. Select the required classification, for example COBA7.
4. Open Gates and click Add Gate.
5. Draw gates at entries and exits.
6. Open Movements and click Add Movement.
7. Define each movement by clicking its starting and destination gates.
8. Open Results / Sheets.
9. Set the time grouping, main category, and sheet format, for example XlsxEntrances.

Expected result: The measurement-location configuration is complete and ready for analysis.

4. Upload recordings to the AISP cloud

1. Go to Cloud.
2. Sign in or register an account.
3. Select the measurement location in the orders list.
4. Click Send orders.

Expected result: The order status changes to Uploaded and analysis begins.

5. Download the measurement results

1. After processing is complete and the order status changes to ReadyToReceive, return to Cloud.
2. Select the completed order.
3. Click Receive all.
4. Go to Results.

Expected result: Results are available in the application and ready for export.

6. Export a report

1. In Results, click Report sheets.
2. Select XLSX, CSV, or XML.

Expected result: Report files are saved in the measurement-location directory.
