How to Download and Install AITracker GUI

Follow these steps to successfully set up the software on your computer:

1. Visit the Official Website

  • Open your web browser and go to the AISP company website: www.aisp.pl.
  • The website is available in both Polish and English versions.

2. Locate the Download Section

  • Once the page loads, navigate to the "Downloads" or "Download AITracker GUI" section.
  • Scroll down to find the information about the latest software version (e.g., version v2.2.4).

3. Download the Installer

  • Click on the provided download link for the Windows installer.
  • The software is distributed as an .exe setup file (e.g., aitrackergui_setup_vX.X.X.exe).

4. Run the Installation Wizard

  • Once the download is complete, open the installer file.
  • Select your language (e.g., Polish) from the available options.
  • Accept the license terms and regulations to proceed.
  • Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the installation process.

5. Launch the Program

  • After installation, you can launch the program by opening the Start Menu and typing "AITracker GUI".
  • When the program opens, you will be greeted by the interface and example folders that allow you to explore already processed results.

Automatic Updates

AITracker GUI checks for new versions automatically at startup. When a newer version is available, a dialog will appear asking whether you want to download it:

  1. Click "Yes" – the installer is downloaded silently in the background. You can continue working normally while the download progresses. The status bar at the bottom of the window shows the download progress.

  2. Installer ready – once the download is complete, the status bar displays: "Update vX.Y.Z ready to install."

  3. Install on exit – when you close the application (if an update has been downloaded), a prompt will ask: "New version is downloaded. Install now?"

  4. Yes – the installer runs silently and the application closes. The update is applied automatically; your data in the storage/ folder is preserved.
  5. No – the application closes normally. The downloaded installer remains in your system's temporary folder and will be offered again next time you close the app.

Note: The automatic installer is only supported on Windows. On other platforms, you will be directed to download the installer manually from www.aisp.pl.

Technical Requirements & Information

  • Operating System: The program is compatible with Windows 7, 8, 10, and 11.
  • Internet Access: An active internet connection is required to access cloud processing features.
  • Cost: The AITracker GUI software itself is free to download and use. You only pay for the actual hours of video footage sent to the AISP cloud for processing.
  • Account Registration: To send videos for analysis, you must register a company account in the cloud using your email and business details. New clients typically receive 24 free hours of processing for testing purposes.
