Send to Cloud

Send your traffic video recordings to the AISP Cloud for automated analysis directly from AITracker GUI. The process is quick, secure, and provides results up to 5x faster than video playback time.

Before You Start

1. Create Your Account

Business accounts only:

• AISP Cloud is designed for business customers

• During registration, provide complete company information

• Verify your email using the activation link

Free trial included:

• New customers receive 24 free hours of cloud processing

• Perfect for testing the system before purchasing additional hours

2. Check Your Processing Hours

Before sending videos, verify you have available hours:

• Go to the "User" tab to check your balance

• Both free trial and paid hours are displayed

• Upload is only possible when hours are available

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1: Configure Your Measurement (Required!)

You must configure your videos before sending them to the cloud. The system needs to know how to interpret the traffic in your recordings.

1. Open your video folder in AITracker GUI

2. Go to the "Design" tab

3. Define at least one:

   • Traffic relation (origin-destination pair), OR

   • Traffic cross-section (counting line)

4. Select vehicle classification type

5. Set output parameters (e.g., 15-minute intervals)

⚠️ Skipping this step will prevent the cloud from analyzing your videos correctly.

Step 2: Send to the Cloud

Once your measurement is configured:

1. Navigate to the "Cloud" tab

2. Select orders - Check the locations you want to send for analysis

3. Click "Send Order" button to start the upload

Step 3: Monitor Upload Progress

• A progress bar appears at the top of the window

• Shows upload speed and completion percentage

• After successful upload, the order status changes to "sent"

• Sent orders cannot be selected again

What Happens After Upload?

Cloud Processing

• Powered by Google Cloud Platform for reliable performance

• Analysis speed: up to 5x faster than video duration

• Example: A 2-hour video is analyzed in approximately 24 minutes

Email Notification

You'll receive an email notification when:

• Processing is complete

• Results are ready to download

Privacy & Security

• Videos are deleted from servers immediately after processing

• Only analysis results are retained

• Results remain available for 14 days for download

Troubleshooting

"Missing start/end time" Error

If you see this message during upload:

• Check your video filenames

• Ensure they contain date and time information

• Use a supported filename format (see File Naming Guide)

Upload Fails or Stops

• Check your internet connection

• Verify you have sufficient processing hours

• Make sure the folder contains valid video files

Cannot Select Location

• The order may already be sent (check status)

• Verify the folder contains configuration (config.json)

• Ensure the measurement is properly configured in the "Design" tab

💡 Plan ahead - Configure all measurements before starting uploads

💡 Stable connection - Use a reliable internet connection for large video files

💡 File naming - Properly named files ensure accurate time parsing

After sending your videos:

• Wait for the email notification

• Download your results within 14 days
