Receive from Cloud

Once your cloud processing is complete, you can easily download the results back to your local system.

Prerequisites

Before downloading results, make sure you have:

  • Opened the measurement location (the folder with your video files) in AITracker GUI

  • The system verifies the folder identity using its path and the order.json file

Step-by-Step Guide

1. Navigate to the Cloud Tab

Open the Cloud tab in the main menu. Here you'll see a list of all your processing orders.

2. Check Order Status

Results can only be downloaded when an order shows the status "Ready for download".

You'll also receive an email notification when the processing is complete.

3. Download Your Results

You have two options:

Download all results at once:

  • Click the "Receive Results" button to download data for all completed orders simultaneously

Download individual orders:

  • Click on specific data portions in the list to download them one by one

4. Automatic Report Generation

After downloading, the system automatically generates all spreadsheets, charts, and reports in the appropriate results directory (e.g., Configuration0).

Important Information

Data Retention

  • Results remain available in the cloud for 14 days after processing completes

  • Plan to download your results within this timeframe

Privacy & Security

  • For privacy protection, video files are deleted from our servers after processing

  • Only the analysis results are retained temporarily

Order History

  • Downloaded orders are moved to the "History" tab after 24 hours

  • History keeps order information (without results or videos) for billing purposes

File Locations

Downloaded files are saved directly to your local video folder:

  • Results in .pickle format

  • Configuration in config.json

Tips

💡 Email notifications - Make sure your email is configured correctly to receive completion notices

💡 Regular downloads - Don't wait until the last day of the 14-day retention period

💡 Local backups - Consider backing up your downloaded results to prevent data loss
